2. Description of Service

CoachPlatform is a web-based fitness coaching platform that enables coaches to manage clients, create training plans, track daily metrics, conduct check-ins, and record coaching videos. The platform includes optional Google Drive integration for video storage.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• One person may not maintain more than one coach account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use automated scripts to access the service without prior written consent.

5. Google Drive Integration

• Connecting Google Drive is optional and can be revoked at any time.
• Videos uploaded to your Google Drive are stored in your account — you are the data controller for those files.
• We are not responsible for Google Drive storage limits, outages, or changes to Google's terms of service.
• By connecting Google Drive, you authorize us to upload coaching videos and generate sharing links on your behalf.

6. Coaching Content

• Coaches retain ownership of their training plans, templates, and coaching content.
• Clients retain ownership of their personal data, check-in submissions, and progress photos.
• The platform does not provide medical advice. Coaching content is for informational and fitness guidance purposes only.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with the GDPR.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria.
